  • Why I can't attach my card to my account?

    In order to attach card to Personal Cabinet we will perform a secure payment for a small amount (20 AMD) to ensure that card exists and active. Regardless of the result this amount will be returned to your account.

    Please note that initial transaction should be performed with full 3DSecure-authentication to prevent possible fraud. Thus, if your card is not enrolled in 3DSecure technology, you cannot attach it.

    Please ensure that:

    • you have provided correct card data (card number, expiration date and CVV2)
    • your card is active and currect balance is enough to perform 20 AMD payment
    • your card is enrolled in 3DSecure (you may need to contact your bank for this information)
  • What is 2FA?

    2FA is an extra layer of security used to make sure that people trying to gain access to an online account are who they say they are. First, a user will enter their username and a password. Then, instead of immediately gaining access, they will be required to provide another piece of information.

    In ArCa system the second factor could come from one of the following categories:

      • SMS 2FA

      • Google Authenticator

    To activate 2FA by using SMS service, enter your phone number in Personal Settings 2 FA section, for Google Authenticator it is necessary to download Google Authenticator from Google play store. After activating 2FA you will receive SMS or refreshing code depending on which one of 2FA options you prefer and enter it just before you log in. 

     

  • How to receive notifications?

    You can enable or disable your notifications form Personal Settings Notifications section. Please note, that for Push-notifications you have to install our application on your smartphone.

  • How to change or recover my account password?

    To change your password open Personal Settings page, enter your old password, new password and retype new password, and click Change Password button.

    In order to reset password click on Forgot Password link on cabinet.arca.am website login page. Enter your email address, you will receive an email with the password reset link.  

  • What type of card can I attach to ArCa Personal Cabinet and application

    You can attach ArCa, Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards to your account.

    In order to attach a card it will be charged for a small amount which will be returned immediately.

  • How to remove card from system?

    Click on Card you want to remove from ArCa system, in opened page click on Remove link․

  • How to change my Default card?

    To change your default card click on card. In opened page click on link Default. 

  • How to add my card as Beneficiary?

    Click on the card. In opened page click on Add to Beneficiary link. The feature gives you an opportunity to make easy money transfers between your cards. 

  • What is Beneficiary?

    Save card numbers of your relatives on Beneficiaries page. It is necessary only card number to add Beneficiary.

  • What are Services?

    Card issuing bank provides certain services, such as receiving SMS messages for card transactions and etc. A list of these services can be found on the card detail page, under the Services link.

  • What can I see in Transactions page?

  • What are Limits?

    The card issuing bank may, at your discretion or according to internal rules, apply certain restrictions, for example, on the number of daily transactions. Detailed information on restrictions can be seen by clicking on the Limits link.

  • How Block my lost card?

    In case of loss of the card or security risk, you can block the card. Click on card, on the opened page, click the Block link. To unblock a card, contact the card issuing bank.

  • What can I see in Payments history

    Payment history give you information of all transactions and payment made in ArCa system. Also here are stored all your cheques. 

  • What are Recurring Payments?

    During payments for services, save them as a bookmark, then click the Recurring Payment button. Select a payment method: specify the start and end date, the maximum or a fixed amount. Payment will made automatically on the day you specify.

  • How to create a bookmark?

    While making payments click on Add to Bookmarks link. Enter the name of the bookmark and click on Save button.

     

  • How to check my Pension fund?

    If your social card number attached to your card, you can see your Pension fund detailed report on Other services page. If there is no data, contact the issuing bank.

  • How make card to card transfers?

    On card detail page click on Card to card link or click on Transfers link on Services menu. In opened page enter card number of receiver or choose from Beneficiaries dropdown menu.  Enter money amount and click on Continue. On opened page check your data and click on Transfer link. Transaction cheque can be found on Payments history page.
