You can receive money through arca.am application and website upon your request, or if someone wants to send you money. You'll get an email or push notification from ArCa with detailed information.

To claim money:

1. Once you receive an email or push notification, open your arca.am account on the web or application.
2. Go to the Receive money section in the Transfers menu.
3. Click on the Accept button and choose a card to receive the transfer.
4. Claim your money after the sender’s approval.
5. Requests are active within 3 hours and will disappear if no action is taken.
6. You can find detailed information about the money you received on the History page.

Note: Receiving and sending money with a phone number or email is available only for arca.am application and website users, who have an attached card issued by the bank served on the ArCa processing platform. List of banks (link here). 

There are limits on how much money you can send with arca.am application and website.

You can send from 500 AMD to  500,000 AMD per transaction.

• Log into arca.am application or website.
• In the Transfers menu click on Send or Request money.
• Click on Send money.
• Enter the recipient's email address, or phone number or choose from the beneficiaries.
• Click on the search button.
• Enter the amount you want to send.
• Check the entered amount and add a message.
• Click on Send.
• After sending your request will appear on the Sent requests page.
• Once the recipient approves your request, you will able to make the transfer. If you are on the recipient’s friends’ list, the transfer option will activate immediately.
• Requests are active within 3 hours and will disappear if no action is taken.
• You can cancel the transfer before the receiver confirms it, or reject it after the confirmation is received if you no more want to transfer the money.
• The history of your sent requests contains the receipts of all successful transfers.
